Gymstick Design
The innovative design effectively combines flexibility training, muscular endurance and cardiovascular benefits to provide a complete workout for any individual at any level. The gymstick product range offers 5 levels of difficulties to cater for the beginner to the advanced athlete. The main differences in the gymstick products lies in the varied range of resistance that each gymstick provides. Every gymstick in the range is color co-ordinated to indicate the level of resistance each gymstick can provide. The resistance varies from 1 to 30kg and can be incremented by rolling the rubber bands around the stick. The 5 difficulty levels vary from easy to advanced and is in the following order: green, blue, black, silver, gold.

The gymstick is manufactured using fibreglass and is compact, easy to use and safe and adapts to your fitness level and achievement goals you aspire to.
Plus I would also say that they are fun to use as an alternative and effective if used outdoors where light and space saving equipment is a must, but for use indoors or for a proper work out they are obviously limited in the amount of resistance and variety of exercises you can perform if you want to be really specific.
For a simple but effective workout where space and weight are priority I would recommend the gym sticks.
